Educate Yourself and Others
The only way that we can really make a change is to educate ourselves. Donating and posting is not enough. It is our responsibility to create a less racist world and a future where Black Lives Matter isn’t needed. If you have kids, teach them about racism. If your friends and family make racist comments, call them out. Ignorance only fuels the discrimination and is no longer acceptable. Even if it means just reading quick summaries on current events, it is essential that everyone has a brief understanding of what’s been happening.
